• I understand that Jonathan Estwick was a licensed Counsellor in the United Kingdom but any products or services delivered currently, is not counseling and is not from a licensed counselor.

• I understand that coaching is not a substitute or replacement for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance misuse treatment and I will not use this support in place of any other forms of therapy.

• I understand that this support does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental health disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association. 

• I understand that any comments or ideas given by Jonathan Estwick are solely aiding me in achieving my specified goals.

• I understand that coaching is, at present, an unregulated industry.

• As a client, I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my physical, mental and emotional well-being during my coaching calls/ e-course lessons, etc. including my choices and decisions. I am aware that I can discontinue coaching at any time.

• I hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge Jonathan Estwick from every claim, suit action, demand, or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of acts or omission by myself or Jonathan Estwick as a result of the advice given by Jonathan Estwick or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement.  

• I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to me when agreeing to the purchase of any products, coaching or support received. This agreement shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representative, assigns, and agents.
